We will have you view the property before we start the application process or accept your applacation fee.

A $35.00 application fee applies to each person over 18 living in the home (dependent children not on the lease are excluded), which is used to run credit history, background checks, and an eviction history report.

We verify all income, past rental history and references.

Tenants are provided an online portal that can be used to

• Auto Pay service offered
• Pay rent free of charge with a check. If you pay using a credit card, a convenience fee will apply.
• Submit online maintenance request and track each request
• Access to your tenant ledger showing all charges and payments
